Semeru and Bromo are situated in Natinal Park called Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. Madakaripura waterfall is located in Lumbang Probolinggo, 45 minutes from Bromo. This tour, fisrtly brings you to mount Semeru by trekking for 3 days and continue to mount Bromo. You will be camping in Kumbolo lake and Kalimati in Semeru. And you will stay a night in Bromo hotel.

For your information, the best time coming to mount Semeru and mount Bromo is in dry season or in sunny weather ” June to November”. You should prepare your trekking equipments such as headcover, trekking shoes, jacket, gloves and medicine. This tour package starts from Surabaya, Jogjakarta, Bali and Malang heading towards Tumpang and Ranupane.

Detail Itinerary:

Day 1: Pickup – Tumpang

Pick-up will be started by Kampung Travel Team from airport, station according to arrival schedule.
Then head for Tumpang Malang. From surabaya the journey is approximately 4 hours. check in hotel and rest preparation climb tomorrow

Day 2: Ranu Pani – Kumbolo lake – Kalimati Camping

Morning after Breakfast, your driver will take you to Ranupane, climbing post, to check in administration.
then continue hiking/trekking to kumbolo Lake with duration 4 hours.
After you have arrived in kumbolo lake, take a break and relax. After being satisfied enough, proceed climbing to kalimati for 4 hours. On the way to kalimati you will pass beautiful view of Oro Oro Ombo. Arriving at Kalimati, set up a tent and stay a night there

Day 3 : Semeru Peak – Jongring Saloko – Ranu Kumbolo (Kumbolo lake)

Midnight at 01.00 a.m your guide will wake you up to continue hiking to Semeru peak (3.676 M).
Start from Kalimati to Arcopodo for 1 hour, then climb to peak of Semeru that takes 3-4 hours. In this trekking trail, the energy of participants will be tested with sand and gravel track and has a slope of 75 degree. Try to reach the top before the sun raises its beautiful rays.
When you have finished enjoying scenery on the peak, back down to Arcopodo and Kalimati to enjoy breakfast.
After that, packing up and continue to Kumbolo lake wich takes 4 hours.
At Kumbolo lake, set up tents, lunch, and stay overnight

Day 4: Kumbolo Lake Sunrise – Ranu Pani – Mount Bromo Area

In the morning, watch sunrise with background of lake that appears from the sidelines of the hill in the Kumbolo lake.
When breakfast is ready, continue eating together. Once satisfied with the view, taking photo and exploring the area, then packing to go Ranu Pani, journey takes 4 hours.
After you have arrived at RanuPane, continue the tour with jeep towards Cemoro Lawang passing through savanna hill and whispering sand. At Bromo chek in nearby hotel and rest.

Day 5: Bromo Tour Sunrise – Bromo Tour – Madakaripura waterfall – Drop Off

The bromo Jeep driver will wake you up at 03.00 a.m. Start tour to Penanjakan 1 to see the beautiful sunrise.
After satisfied with sunrise, your driver will bring you to the crater of bromo with trekking or horse rental, and after that back to hotel for breakfast. Then packing up to go to Madakaripura waterfall.
It will take 45 minutes driving to Madakaripura and then you will ride Ojek “motorbike transport” to parking lot, and continue walking to waterfall crossing rainy river.
